This website is owned and operated by CEC NTIC  By visiting our website and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions as stated in this policy (hereafter referred to as 'User Agreement'), along with the terms and conditions as stated in our Privacy Policy (please refer to the Privacy Policy section below for more information).
		 
		This agreement is in effect as of Jan 1, 2011.
		
		We reserve the right to change this User Agreement from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this User Agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions.

We are not responsible for any delay or failure in removing such content. If you post content that we choose to remove, you hereby consent to such removal, and consent to waive any claim against us.
		
		h. We do not assume any liability for any content posted by you or any other 3rd party users of our website. However, any content posted by you using any open communication tools on our website, provided that it doesn't violate or infringe on any 3rd party copyrights or trademarks, becomes the property of  S.A.R.L CEC NTIC , and as such, gives us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, publicly display and/or distribute as we see fit. This only refers and applies to content posted via open communication tools as described, and does not refer to information that is provided as part of the registration process, necessary in order to use our Resources. All information provided as part of our registration process is covered by our privacy policy.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless  S.A.R.L CEC NTIC  and its parent company and affiliates, and their directors, officers, managers, employees, donors, agents, and licensors, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this User Agreement or the failure to fulfill any obligations relating to your account incurred by you or any other person using your account. We reserve the right to take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this User Agreement. In such event, you shall provide us with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by us.
		
		
		
		
		EXECUTION OF THE ORDER
		
		The order will be carried out at the latest within fifteen day as from the day following that where the Consumer carried out the payment. These deadlines can vary according to the number of internal orders to treat and according to the volume of waiters available in our network.
		
		In the event of unavailability of the ordered product, the Consumer will be as soon as possible informed and will have the possibility for it of cancelling his order. The consumer will be informed either by email, or by telephone, or by MSN, or by the support envisaged in his clients' account in the space-customer Web www.teamspeak.net.
		
		He will have then the choice to ask either the refunding of the sums paid in the thirty days at the latest of their payment, or the exchange of the product (2).
		
		
		DELIVERY OF THE GOOD OR THE SERVICE
		
		The products are delivered on the account of the customer since whom the order was placed. The Consumer is held to check the state with the delivery of the service or the good and to announce any damage or inconsistency with the order within 24 hour.
		
		The Consumer can, with his request, to obtain the sending of an invoice to the address indicated in his clients' account.
		
		10. GUARANTEE
		
		The Consumer profits from a contractual guarantee, against all the defects which the service could have, throughout all hiring of the service starting from the date of the first startup until the completion date of validity of the service.
		
		The contractual guarantee includes/understands the handing-over in condition of the product or the service like, if necessary, the other guarantees expressly envisaged with the purchase order.
		
		The services found defective either will be repaired or changed with the expenses of  S.A.R.L CEC NTIC 
		
		The expenses of labour necessary for the repairing or the exchange are included/understood in the guarantee.
		
		The contractual guarantee does not cover:
		
		failures related to a misuse of the service, the non-observance of the note of employment, or on an abnormal use of the service in consequence of a negligence or of a fault of the Consumer
		The contractual guarantee plays without damage of the legal guarantee against the latent defects envisaged by the Civil code and which applies in all the contracts concluded between professionals and Consumers. Company  S.A.R.L CEC NTIC  thus guarantees the Consumer against all the consequences of the defects or latent defects of the sold or rented thing.
		
		Data stored by the client:
		Only a regular check by the customer for the integrity of stored or saved allows the customer to know that these data
		are valid. CEC NTIC can not be held liable for any loss of data or invalid data. thus,
		the customer is fully responsible for their data stored or saved, and takes full responsibility for any loss of data.
		
		
		PRICE
		
		The prices are indicated in euros and are guaranteed until the completion date of validity of the hiring. (3).
		
		Certain services can contain expenses of delivery or installation. The prices do not take account of the expenses of delivery or startups invoicees in more in the purchase order. The expenses of delivery or startup are indicated on the goods of orders.
		
		They take account of the VAT applicable to the day of the order. Any change of the applicable rate will be automatically reflected on the price of the products of the electronic shop.

		Very unpaid at the date indicated on the purchase order or a renewal in the clients' account will show the immediate cut and without another notice of the service.
